At Darts Farm, we take great pride in the quality of our artisan produce and hand-selected goods. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact our farm shop team within 14 days of receipt for a resolution.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return, including photos if the goods are damaged.

  Verify Perishables

  Please note that perishable food items are exempt from return unless they arrive damaged or faulty due to health and safety regulations.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure non-perishable items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during the return transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items at the farm, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
